Symptoms

  • Machine appears in monytr, but no usage data or location is visible.

  • Last update shows as “offline”.

Possible Causes

  • IoT device is not powered or incorrectly connected.

  • Poor mobile network coverage.

  • Device has not been activated or registered correctly.

Solutions

  1. Check if the machine ignition or power supply to the device is active.

  2. Verify cabling and connections to the power source.

  3. Move the machine to an area with better mobile network coverage.

  4. Confirm with monytr support that the device has been activated in the platform.
