Billing

monytr uses a straightforward and transparent billing process. This ensures that you are only charged for the assets that are actively connected to the platform.

1. Billing Date

  • Invoices are generated on the last day of each month.

  • The invoice reflects your company’s usage for that specific month.

2. Calculation Method

Your monthly fee is determined by two key factors:

  1. Number of connected assets on the last day of the month.

  2. Pricing agreements made with your company, which are based on:

    • Asset type

    • Connection method:

      • API integration: assets connected via OEM or third-party telematics.

      • IoT device: assets connected through dedicated monytr hardware devices.

Each asset type and connection method may have a different unit price as defined in your contract.

3. Example

If on the last day of the month your company has:

  • 20 vehicles connected via IoT devices

  • 10 machines connected via API integration

  • 5 trucks connected via IoT devices

The invoice will reflect the total based on the agreed price per asset type and per connection method, multiplied by the number of assets.

4. Notes

  • Newly connected assets that are active on the last day of the month are included.

  • Discounts, special rates, or hybrid setups (mix of API and IoT) are applied automatically according to your contract.
